That’s why Green Autumn Revival tests every harvest at first press in Greece. Laboratory analysis verifies purity, freshness, and polyphenol content. Next, sensory testing is conducted by experienced tasters to confirm balance, aroma, bitterness, and pungency. Both lab and taste results are shared openly on our website. Our EVOO is flown to the United States and stored in an NOP-certified organic facility.
