We test our EVOO at the first harvest, right at the source. This captures the oil at its freshest and most potent point. We clearly display the lab analysis date so you can track the journey, from the grove to the bottle to your home. All results are readily available on our website.
What we test for
True EVOO must meet strict chemical and nutritional standards.
That’s why every batch is analyzed for:
- Free fatty acids (FFA)
- Peroxide value (PV)
- Ultraviolet absorbance (UV)
- Delta K270
- Total polyphenols
These measurements confirm freshness, stability, and integrity.
How much EVOO is ideal?
At 1-2 tablespoons per day (about 120-240 calories), you should consume 5.5-11 liters per year.
Packaging that protects purity
Green Autumn Revival bottles EVOO in dark glass and metal tins only. Never plastic.
Plastic risks oxidation and microplastic contamination, especially for polyphenol-rich oil. That’s why we never use plastic packaging. We ensure optimal purity and integrity at every stage.
