Through years spent living in and traveling throughout the Mediterranean, particularly Greece, we experienced firsthand how extra virgin olive oil is used generously, intentionally, and daily. It is used daily, in generous amounts, as the foundation of cooking and a contributor to health. Meals are simple, seasonal, and prepared with care, and olive oil is central to nearly every dish.
When we returned to the United States, we recognized a clear problem. While olive oil was widely available, truly fresh, high-quality, high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil was not. Most products on the market were (and still are) blended, aged, poorly stored, or lack meaningful testing and transparency. Green Autumn Revival was created to change that.

Empowering informed consumption
We believe people want better olive oil but are often overwhelmed by misleading labels and inconsistent quality. Terms like “extra virgin” are used freely, yet rarely explained or verified. In fact, in most cases, oils labeled “extra virgin” are actually blended from multiple origins. They are often old and, more often than not, stripped of character.
Our goal is to help consumers understand what truly matters, including freshness, polyphenol content, origin, testing, and proper handling, so they can make confident, informed choices.

Maximizing health benefits through regular use
The daily consumption of olive oil is essential to maximize its health benefits. Consuming one to two tablespoons per day allows the oil’s polyphenols to be absorbed gradually and effectively. At that rate, annual consumption ranges from 5.5 to 11 liters per adult. Priced between $40-$48 per liter for our producer’s EVOO, hitting that consumption goal won’t break your bank account, and makes it far less than many comparable oils that offer far less verification.
