Shipping Partner & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Progressive Logistics, an NOP-certified logistics provider located in Indiana. Progressive Logistics maintains certified organic handling practices and temperature-controlled conditions to protect the quality of our EVOO from storage to shipment.
Order Processing Times
- Orders typically process within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination but typically fall within:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Temperature Sensitivity
To protect the integrity of your EVOO, all products are stored and shipped from a temperature-controlled, NOP-certified facility. Orders may be held briefly during extreme weather conditions to ensure product quality upon delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your EVOO. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be shipped back to our NOP-certified logistics partner:
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used bottles
- Items not purchased directly from our website
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your unopened item and place a new order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We can only make changes before the order has been processed for shipment.
